Gold Pendant
This past weekend I went out to take some pictures of the snow that had fallen and when I walked outside, it was so cold that it felt like my gold pendant was sticking to my chest. You know when you touch something that is frozen and you stick your finger to it and it sticks? Well, that’s the feeling I had with my gold pendant on Saturday morning. Granted, that wasn’t the actual case. The gold pendant didn’t actually stick to my skin, but about the time I walked out the door there was a huge gust of wind and it felt as though the pendant was a block of ice against my skin.
My husband found the gold pendant for a great price and ordered it for me online as an early anniversary present. He knows that I hate for him paying full price on anything when more often than not he can find it for a better price online. He’s remembered that and always comparison shops. I hate not to wear the pendant since I do love it, but when it’s this cold outside, I’ve started leaving it in the jewelry box.
