However I did once buy some black tourmaline jewelry for my sister because she was born in the month of October. I chose black tourmaline jewelry because I read an article about it and found out that it purportedly deflects negativity and bad energies. My sister was suffering from ill health and depression at the time when I gave her the black tourmaline jewelry. Since that time she has made a full recovery. I do not know if my sister’s recovery had anything at all with the black tourmaline jewelry earrings that I gave to her. I think much of it had to do with the fact that she was willing to fight and turn her life around. However I will admit that it is possible that the black tourmaline could have helped to aid my sister’s recovery.
