Peridot is one of my favorite stones. It is also one of the world’s most beautiful gemstones and is best known as being Augusts’ birthstone. Which is my birthstone. I read that the gem is cultivated in New Mexico, Pakistan and China.
I think that even though the Peridot is beautiful by itself, it truly shines once it is paired with another gem, such as a pearl. The light green hue of the Peridot and the creamy, opalescence of the pearl makes these two a perfect match, especially in mixed pearl necklaces. Peridot and pearl necklaces are one of the most elegant pieces of jewelry I have and is being made into earrings and bracelets as well. I got one of my first Peridot and pearl necklaces last year for my birthday and fell in love.
I found that Peridot and pearl necklaces are readily available online in a variety of sizes and styles. The necklaces are available to work within any kind of budget. That being said, even the most budget conscious woman can enjoy a necklace fashioned with Peridot and pearl.
